Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Vertical Sales Professional to drive business growth for Low Voltage Motors with a strategic focus on the Marine, Offshore, and Shipyard industries across Korea, Asia, and the Middle East. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and providing technical and commercial sales support throughout the entire sales cycle. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver value-added solutions that improve customer productivity, energy efficiency, and lifecycle performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for Low Voltage Motors with a focus on Marine, Offshore, and Shipyard industries.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through EPCs, OEMs, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements, installed base, and project needs to recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and contract documentation, and lead commercial negotiations to successfully close business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to order intake while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer investment plans, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing initiatives including exhibitions, seminars, product promotions, and customer events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and ethical business practices while maintaining accurate sales reporting and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales related experience in industrial electrical equipment, preferably with at least 2 years in motors, drives, or rotating machines.
- Experience in Marine, Offshore, Shipyard, EPC, OEM, or other heavy industrial markets is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex sales opportunities, commercial negotiations, and large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of industrial motors, electrical equipment, and related applications. Knowledge of VFDs, generators, automation systems, or lifecycle service solutions is an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, OEMs, distributors, consultants, and end-users is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP CRM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Business-level English with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
