Title:  Treasury Risk Manager

Do you have at least four years of experience in treasury? Are you communicative and enjoy working in an international environment? Then we are looking for you!

Your future role:

• Within the Innomotics Finance and Treasury Team you take care of treasury risk management.
• You cover financial risk management tasks for the whole Innomotics group, including trading of derivatives and commodities as well as continuous monitoring of and reporting on Innomotics’ global financial risks.
• The management of financial partners (mainly banks) is also part of your daily work.
• You actively work on developments / innovations in these areas.
• You act as advisor, first point of contact and center of expertise for Innomotics companies regarding implication of financial risks on the transactions / business fostering appropriate, efficient and holistic management decisions.
• You closely collaborate with the other Innomotics Finance and Treasury teams, mainly with Cash Management & Operations as well as Corporate Finance Management.

Your profile:

• You hold a university degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field, ideally complemented by an additional finance-related qualification (e.g., CFA).
• You have 4–6 years of experience in treasury, with at least three years in a risk management function, within global corporate treasury or a financial institution.
• You have a strong background in bank relationships and global financial risk management, particularly in FX, commodity, and interest rate management, with a proven track record of optimizing treasury operations.
• You bring expertise in the digitalization and automation of treasury and financial risk management processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Strong networking, collaboration, and communication skills are essential to thriving in this role.
• You are analytical, concept-driven, and can work effectively in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage and complete tasks independently.
• International experience and fluency in German, English and Czech enable you to work seamlessly across global teams.
