As Innomotics, we are building a global Accounting Hub that supports operations across Europe, as well as parts of Africa and Asia. We are currently seeking new colleagues to join our team and help drive the success of this hub.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor lease contracts, including financial tracking and compliance
  • Support database administration and contribute to finance-related project management
  • Monitor costs, revenues, and KPIs; analyze variances and trends
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data
  • Perform cost center, profitability, and performance analyses
  • Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analyses for decision-making
  • Collaborate with Accounting on reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements
  • Support compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policiesIdentify cost optimization opportunities and support process improvements

What we will appreciate from you:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance
  • Knowledge of IFRS, consolidation are welcomed
  • Advantage: experienced with databases, Power BI, cost controlling analysis
  • Familiar with accounting related processes and internal control systems
  • Distinct time management skills to ensure keeping deadlines, flexibility to support ad hoc requirements are necessary
  • Fluent English and Czech is required for this position
