<span 72="">Your future role.
  • <span 72="">Manage business development activities, align sales strategies and grow business opportunities and market share for the verticals Minerals, Water & Wastewater for our Low Voltage Motors (LVM) division in defined regions.
  • <span 72="">Ensure vertical transparency in defined regions on market potential, trends, eco-systems (key end user, OEM, EPC/SI, Design Institute etc.), key competitors, etc.
  • <span 72="">Perform long range strategic planning and analysis and prepare your summaries including activities for vertical market exploitation in Vertical Master Plans in close alignment with our global sales setup. Be responsible for a regular review of these Vertical Master Plans.
  • <span 72="">Lead and support global and cross-functional collaboration on top accounts.
  • <span 72="">Prepare vertical promotion materials and ramp up our global team competence, especially sales competence.
  • <span 72="">Collaborate with customers and our local sales on Frame Agreements and global projects.
  • <span 72="">Be responsible for vertical reference management and sharing.
  • <span 72="">Initiate portfolio feedback to our Product Portfolio Management on vertical requirements.

<span 72="">Your profile.

  • <span 72="">1-2 years vertical sales or business development related experience.
  • <span 72="">Good understanding of verticals Minerals, Water & Wastewater.
  • <span 72="">Expertise in market transparency, e.g. vertical trends, key players, technical requirements, especially on low voltage motors
  • <span 72="">Technical Background of electrical motors is preferred. Bachelor or above in technical field is required.
  • <span 72="">Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • <span 72="">Passionate & self-motivated.
  • <span 72="">Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
  • <span 72="">Good intercultural skills.
  • <span 72="">Fluent English is mandatory, fluent German will be a plus.
