Your Future Role  

• You support the organization, communication, implementation, and follow-up of various global development topics and projects. These include Talent Acquisition, Learning, Engagement, Change Management and our Talent and Leadership Development programs.
• You assist the team lead in daily operations with organizational and administrative tasks.
• You prepare and analyze business-relevant information and data, as well as create presentations in English.
• You help organize, prepare and facilitate team workshops and events.
• You work independently on assigned tasks, research current trends and contribute concepts in an innovative and creative way.

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, International Business, Organizational Psychology or a comparable field of study and you need to complete a mandatory internship.
• You have already gained initial practical work experience, ideally in HR, and are eager to apply and further develop your knowledge with us.
• You are passionate about current topics in talent and leadership development as well as organizational culture.
• You are proficient in common MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• You demonstrate strong initiative and team-player qualities come naturally to you.
• As our team operates globally, you are fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
