Your future role.
- Take global ownership for the Innomotics Customer Services Delivery through planning, leading, and executing the global Strategy throughout our worldwide organization.
- You develop and encourage the life cycle management, environmental health & safety, product support, and our proactive service business in the team. Provide and support future improvements, growth opportunities and productivity.
- You define, implement and support the specific service processes based on our Customer Services platform in a close cooperation with our regional service offices, partners and internal organization of Innomotics.
- You coordinate regional service delivery initiatives and collaborate closely with various regions and ensure transparency with key performance indicators.
- You lead a team of 150 Service experts in Nuremberg/Erlangen/Tuebingen and Frenstat CZ and improve service quality, safety and continuously drive productivity.
- Safety and Customer Value Creation are a the core of our business.
Your profile.
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent technical field plus long-term professional experience, drive and/or motor technology and sales experience would be an advantage.
- Relevant business management experience.
- Ability to lead a team of 10 direct reports with ca.140 international employees in Drives&Motors Fieldservice, Technical Key Experts of motors, drives, digitalization and support functions as Training Business, Help Desk and online Support, Spare Part Business, Contract Business, Upgrade Business and CyberSec Management.
- You have experience in leading larger teams and can motivate them to perform at their best.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
