We are looking for an Expert (f/m/d) People Development to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role

• Design and implement global people development programs, projects and initiatives
• Partner with IN managers as well as regional/local HR to understand business requirements and deliver measurable value through our HR People Strategy & Governance (PSG) portfolio
• Manage special strategic HR projects as well as initiatives assigned by the head of HR, ensuring timely and successful execution
• Collaborate with internal regional/local teams, countries and cultures to deliver key strategic global guidelines and concepts
• Work effectively with external partners and vendors as needed to implement and support the HR PSG development portfolio
• Deliver executive-level presentations, reports and other materials to support the head of HR and other HR leaders in communicating with internal/external stakeholders
• Monitor effectiveness of development programs, respective contract agreements, and provide continuous reports to relevant stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging issues related to PSG portfolio and incorporate them into the strategy

Your Profile

• University degree in International Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
• Mid-term work experience in HR
• Experience in HR Business Partner role or/and business consulting background
• Track record in a variety of HR development initiatives and projects in a global and strategic environment
• International and/or cross-cultural working experience
• Excellent interpersonal, consultation and communication skills
• “Business curious”, with an outward-facing mind-set and a clear interest in understanding and anticipating business demands
• Enthusiastic, optimistic and reliable character with strong ability to build sustainable relationships
• Fluency in English is a must, German would be a plus
