We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics for 12 months.

Your future role.

  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of pay transparency frameworks
  • Conduct equal pay analyses and prepare reports for internal and regulatory requirements
  • Support compliance with national and international pay transparency regulations
  • Contribute to the simplification and refinement of the existing global job architecture by reviewing role structures, identifying inconsistencies, and proposing streamlined solutions
  • Develop clear, scalable job families and leveling frameworks that enable transparency and support organizational growth
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure job architecture updates are aligned with operational needs and Total Rewards principles
  • Maintain and continuously improve documentation, governance, and communication related to job architecture changes
  • Coordinate the annual compensation review cycle incl. budgeting
  • Maintain and configure merit processes in HR tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Monitor increase distribution, perform validation checks, and ensure governance compliance
  • Act as contact person for HR Business Partners during the merit cycle
  • Conduct post-cycle analyses and prepare reporting
  • Contribute to the revision and further development of the Total Rewards strategy
  • Support benchmarking activities and market analyses
  • Assist in the development of communication materials related to rewards and compensation philosophy
  • Help drive harmonization and simplification initiatives across regions

 

Your profile.

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or a related field
  • Mid-term experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, or a related analytical HR function
  • Experience supporting or managing merit cycles is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and performance-based pay
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and high affinity for data and systems
  • Strong interest in Pay Transparency and Equal Pay topics
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
