Location- Navi Mumbai

 

Responsibilities:

As Quality Manager – Process Professional (PQCS), you are responsible for steering, standardizing, and continuously improving management and operational business processes within IN CS. You ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is effective, compliant, up to date, and aligned with business and customer requirements.

This role is carried out in close professional coordination with the Head of DIV CS, the Head of IN QM, and all relevant Customer Service stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Evaluation & Analysis

  • Analyze and break down existing Customer Service business processes using flowcharts, process models, manuals, and documentation
  • Develop a holistic end‑to‑end view of CS processes
  • Identify improvement potentials in productivity, cost efficiency, quality, time management, and compliance

2. Process Design & Documentation

  • Design and document optimized business processes
  • Create clear, structured regulation documents, work instructions, process descriptions, and implementation guidelines
  • Translate complex process changes into step‑by‑step instructions understandable for all involved stakeholders

3. Implementation & Change Management

  • Steer and support process implementation together with Process Owners, Process Managers, and functional specialists
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary improvement teams and interfaces
  • Ensure smooth rollout, communication, and adoption of new or improved processes
  • Support and conduct training sessions related to process changes

4. Continuous Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor and assess process performance using relevant KPIs
  • Ensure processes remain compliant, effective, and aligned with business objectives
  • Initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement measures
  • Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational excellence

5. Policies, Procedures & Governance

  • Update and align departmental procedures and policies with new or changed processes
  • Ensure awareness and correct application of procedural changes across IN CS
  • Support Quality Management Governance and all QM‑related roles

Process Manager (PM) Responsibilities

As Process Manager, you support the Process Owner (PO) in operational implementation:

  • Define process content (activities, roles, tools, inputs/outputs)
  • Verify compliance with regulations, work instructions, and scope
  • Standardize and coordinate interfaces with other processes and owners
  • Support communication, release, and implementation
  • Coordinate resources for implementation and updates
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs
  • Explain and clarify processes to all involved employees

Appointment is made by the Process Owner.
Familiarity with Process House structures and BPM methodology is required.


Special Role: Central BPM Support (PO / PM)

In addition to your own PO/PM responsibilities, you act as central BPM support within the unit.

Additional Tasks:

  • Develop and manage the BPM strategy together with the Process Sponsor
  • Ensure availability and governance of the BPM platform (Process House, modeling tools, workflows, archives)
  • Define and maintain modeling standards and rules
  • Provide BPM consulting, methodology support, and process modeling expertise
  • Support process owners and managers across different organizational levels

  • Quality Management Governance & all QM roles
  • Process Owners and Process Managers within IN CS
  • CS Heads and process task responsibles
  • Cross‑functional and international stakeholders

Qualifications & Competencies

Education & Experience

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Law
  • 10+ years of validated experience in Quality Management and Business Processes
  • Long‑term experience in international Service Business and management processes
  • Proven background as a Quality Manager / Process Manager
  • Experience in project management
