Title:  Purchasing Operator

The Role:
 Purchasing Operator : Support procurement operations by ensuring efficient execution of purchasing activities, process compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Location- Navi Mumbai – Pawne

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PR/PO creation, validation, and tracking
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for order execution
• Resolve procurement-related queries and issues
• Maintain procurement documentation and compliance records

Specific Focus Areas Include:

• PR validation and completeness checks
• PO tracking and follow-ups
• Query resolution and ticket handling
• Reporting and KPI tracking

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of procurement processes
• Experience with ERP tools (SAP preferred)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with structured working approach

We value:

• 2-5 years’ experience in PR/PO lifecycle management
• Familiarity with procurement compliance and policies
• Exposure to shared services or BPO environments
