The Role
As a Procurement Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and performance excellence across procurement. You will play a critical role in procurement analytics, transforming diverse data sources into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions, improve supplier performance, and automate key processes.
This role bridges controlling, analytics, and business partnering, connecting intelligence to action and enabling Innomotics to run a cost-competitive, resilient, and innovative supply chain.
Location- Navi Mumbai – Pawne / Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Developing the future KPI landscape of the procurement function with a focus on functional improvements.
- Execution and coordination of all Procurement Controlling topics in close collaboration with the Stakeholders in Procurement Controlling Organization and Global Procurement Teams (FY Planning, Monthly Closing activities (Actual reporting, FC)) and presenting to the Management Team.
- Ensure and drive improvement of data quality.
- Responsible to drive the improvement of data quality and transparency with the help of KPIs.
- Support target achievement by providing data transparency and derive improvement measures

- Safeguard compliance with procurement controlling standards and policies.
- Support audits and provide accurate, timely data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure full transparency and accountability in all procurement controlling activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (BCOM) or master’s degree(MBA) in finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field. Diploma Engineers
- 3–5 years’ experience in procurement controlling, analytics, or financial controlling (preferably in industrial/manufacturing environment).
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of procurement and P2P processes.
- Ability to work with complex, multi-source datasets (structured & unstructured).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (additional languages an advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
