Your Future Role

he Role

As an IT Operations contact for P2P Operations, you will be responsible for operational stability, configuration management, data enablement, and continuous improvement of the digital platform supporting the global P2P Controls framework.

You will work as the central IT contact for business stakeholders, ensuring optimal functionality, data quality, access governance, workflow efficiency, and seamless integration with connected systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Snowflake.

Location- Navi Mumbai – Pawne 

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Application Operations

• Own end-to-end IT operations for the P2P CCM platform, ensuring stability, availability, and SLA adherence.
• Manage configuration, releases, and version updates in collaboration with global IT teams.
• Oversee user access, permissions, and platform security aligned with data protection and controls.
• Drive standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Data, Reporting & Architecture

• Support Snowflake-based data enablement, extraction, and reporting for P2P Controls.
• Ensure alignment and data consistency across integrated systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SharePoint).
• Contribute to architectural enhancements and maintain technical documentation.

ServiceNow & Workflow Management

• Coordinate workflow setup, forms, routing, approvals, and ticket lifecycle management.
• Ensure end-to-end consistency of request handling across all units and stakeholders.

• Serve as escalation point for incidents, service requests, and platform-related queries.
• Identify and drive automation and digital enhancement opportunities.
• Support testing cycles (UAT, regression) and platform optimization.

Stakeholder & Governance Support

• Act as a functional-technical liaison between business, IT, and solution partners.
• Maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base, change logs).

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related specialization.

• Strong operational experience with enterprise IT platforms, ideally including:
• Snowflake (data structures, analytical access, role management)
• ServiceNow (workflow, catalog, routing, configuration)
• SAP (P2P-relevant modules e.g., MM/FI; integration awareness)
• Experience with application lifecycle management, system documentation, and release processes.
• Good command of MS Office and modern collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform desirable).
