Your Future Role

The Role

The IT Operations Professional will act as a primary application support operator and provide operational and functional support for procurement applications with a primary focus on contracts, sourcing, and buying modules. The role ensures smooth functioning of SAP Ariba solutions, timely issue resolution, end-user enablement, and continuous process improvement in collaboration with technical and business teams.

Location- Navi Mumbai – Pawne 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional and operational support for SAP Ariba modules (SLP, Contracts, Sourcing, Buying).
• Act as the primary contact for end users requiring troubleshooting, issue resolution, or process guidance.
• Organize and lead support-related meetings including scheduling, facilitating discussions, tracking actions, and driving closure.
• Collaborate with Innomotics teams, buyers, requesters, and technical experts to resolve complex incidents and service requests.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend process, configuration, or system improvements.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across procurement users globally.
• Assist with testing activities related to new features, enhancements, releases, and system upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Maintain documentation related to support procedures, recurring issues, FAQs, and system changes.

Education & Experience

• Experience in procurement domain (applications or operations).
• Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules – Buying, Sourcing, Contracts (SLP knowledge preferred).
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and handling user requests.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• SAP Ariba user interface and administration familiarity.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and process documentation (SharePoint, etc.).

Functional Knowledge

• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement best practices.
• Awareness of procurement compliance and global process standards.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to translate technical topics into business-friendly language.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative team player.
