Position Title:   Head Electrical Potline

 

Term of Employment: Direct Contract

 

Educational Qualification: BE / BTech Electrical (Regular)

 

Number of years of relevant experience required –  > 10 to 15 Years

 

Present Location required : Jharsuguda, Orissa.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Having experience in heavy industry like Steel, Aluminium and cement.
  2. Electrical Maintenance Of PTM,EOT Cranes. Drawing study, instruments, LT MCC
  3. Preferred : Basic PLC programming, Drives, Devicenet network trouble shooting.
  4. Cost and Inventory Control Experience
  5. Experience in ensuring EHS requirements for the area under supervision.

 

Accountabilities :

 

  1. Experience in leading & motivating team in achieving KPI’s
  2. Managing preventive and shift activities to ensure equipment availability and meet safety &environmental standards.
  3. Routine auditing and rectification. Preventive maintenance schedule compliance and effectiveness monitoring. Breakdown trouble shooting with improved MTTR/MTBF. Manpower engagement and skill improvement.
  4. Ensure optimum use of consumables in Shifts.
  5. Zero wastage of resources.
  6. Ensure safe working conditions for equipment and people.
  7. Ensure that all safety &environmental controls, and operational procedures areadhered.
  8. Minimize the risk of accidents and to maintain discipline in line with the management policies
  9. Meeting the environmental norms as per standards
