Job Summary
Customer Support Operations Specialist will act as an entrepreneur and proactive approach while managing customer service requests from initiation to closure. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, handling service operations, managing spare parts logistics, repair activities, and maintaining accurate records in service management tools, and to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and efficient service delivery ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Diploma / BE -Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Industrial Electronics/ Electronics & Communications.
- B.com / M.com. / B B A /B.Sc./ M.Sc./B. Cs / M.Cs.
Experience
- Other Qualifications: 2–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, Quality, customer complaint handling or commercial finance.
Experience in the Motor / Drive manufacturing industry is preferrable.
Technical Skills
- Strong customer service co-ordination and communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP (preferably FI/CO, MM, PP and SD integration).
- Technical competency of motors and drives.
- Excellent presentation and management reporting skills.

Nature of Role
- Manage customer complaints and service requests through toll-free calls, SIRIUS, and functional mailboxes.
- Coordinate with customers, ARCs, sales, regional service, technical support, commercial, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
- Obtain warranty or paid-service cost approvals and assign ARC field service engineers.
- Coordinate spare-parts ordering, delivery, repair activities, and motor dispatches.
- Update engineer utilization, repair orders, outbound deliveries, and service closures in SAP and SIRIUS.
- Manage ARC payment cost sheets and purchase order generation.
- Conduct daily open-complaint reviews and collect customer feedback.
