The Role

We are seeking a skilled Buying Professional – Direct Materials to manage end-to-end procurement processes for direct materials and services, ensuring seamless supplier coordination and process compliance.

Location- Navi Mumbai – Pawne

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for direct materials/services
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Track PR to PO conversion and order fulfillment
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines
• Handle escalations and resolve supply chain issues
• Maintain procurement documentation and reporting

Specific Focus Areas Include:

• PR to PO conversion tracking
• Supplier confirmation and delivery follow-ups
• Exception handling and escalation management
• Performance tracking (OTIF, lead time adherence)
• Reporting and stakeholder updates

Requirements:

• Experience in direct procurement or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong analytical, tracking, and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Familiarity with demand planning and supply chain coordination.
