The Role
 We are looking for a Buying Professional to execute sourcing activities for indirect categories, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery of sourcing projects.

Location- Navi Mumbai – Pawne

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP) events using eSourcing platforms
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers
• Perform bid analysis and support supplier selection decisions
• Coordinate negotiations in alignment with category strategies
• Ensure sourcing compliance and documentation

Specific Focus Areas Include:

• RFx event management and supplier communication
• Bid comparison and cost analysis
• Savings tracking and reporting
• Contract documentation support
• Stakeholder coordination and approvals

Requirements:

• Experience in sourcing/procurement (indirect categories preferred)
• Knowledge of eSourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
