Location: Delhi

Your Future Role

You will be responsible for Business Administration Professional role.

  • Ensure PM@Innomotics guidelines applied across projects’ phases and problems jointly solved by acting as a catalyst to business growth.
  • Perform financial planning, forecasting, controlling and ensure compliance with Innomotics and local GAAP requirements along with asset management
  • Prepare commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensure the accuracy of the project data (forecast, project calculation, cash fl ow)
  • Contract & Claims negotiation and management
  • Commercial project coordination (e.g. requesting and tracking bank guarantees, insurance, etc.) and coordination of legal, taxation and insurance issues.
  • Ensure accurate methodology for evaluation and assessment of risks and opportunities
  • Support Procurement & Logistics, if applicable
  • Provide accurate and timely costs and cash fl ow forecasting
  • Understanding and reducing complexity
  • Offering and demanding support to/from the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal control mechanism.
  • Coordination with auditors and also ensuring that any internal control deficiency identified in a process is fixed. Ensure compliance to all internal / external regulations.


Your Profile :

• B.Com / M. Com / MBA Finance / CA or ICWA Inter
• Experience 6-8 years in commercial function
• Strong experience in Finance & Controlling and Excellent communication skills

• Ready to travel
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge and experience of MS office & SAP
• Customer and solutions oriented and able to build a strong internal as well as external working relationship.
• Highly engaged, performance driven personality, strong analytical abilities, excellent communication & presentation skills and are willing to go the extra mile.
• Have experience in commercial sales activities.
• Strong knowledge of GST, HSS, FTWZ, Bank Guarantees, Credit instruments. Good accounting knowledge. Well versed with commercial terms & conditions.
