At Innomotics LVM Factory in Mohelnice with more than 1.500 employees, we design and manufacture Low Voltage Motors. These efficient motors help our customers to reduce energy consumption and produce their products competitive and sustainable.

As Head of Finance for the LVM manufacturing location in Mohelnice, CZ, you are responsible for all commercial functions and activities of the factory:

• Accounting and Controlling according to financial reporting guidelines and local regulations
• Budgeting and forecasting processes for global business
• Commercial responsibility for factory
• Asset management and Logistics
• Responsible for Export Control & Customs (ECC)
• Implementation of Innomotics guidelines and compliance rules and regulations are also part of your area of responsibility
• Drive digitalization in finance

You should have:

• Distinguished experience as a commercial leader of a factory
• Experience in Performance Controlling & Accounting
• Experience in Governance and RIC of a legal entity
• Time flexibility, ability to work under pressure, consistency
• Business-management experience
• Ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts quickly
• Reviewing and developing operational process flows
• Degree in Business Administration or similar qualification
• Excellent knowledge of Czech and English language
