Your future role.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with BU leaders to develop and implement budgets and long-term financial plans, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
- Forecasting: Lead the financial forecasting process, ensuring timely and accurate updates that reflect market conditions and operational performance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, including revenue, margin, and cost analysis, to support decision-making processes.
- Cost & Margin Control: Monitor operational costs and oversee margin management, ensuring financial targets are met and optimizations are identified.
- Contract & Project Management: Manage customer contracts and oversee special projects, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and operational efficiency.
- Business Controls: Apply defined business controls required to support company compliance, and level of authority requirements.
- Unbilled Balances: Track, reconcile, and work to minimize project unbilled balances.
- Cash Flow: Monitor and work to maximize project cash flow.
- Interaction with Support Teams: Coordinate with Corporate Accounting, IT, HR, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management.
- Interaction with HQ: Collaborate with HQ colleagues on financial planning and reporting.
Your profile.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in financial management or similar roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with SAP for enterprise resource planning and financial management.
- Advanced use of PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with financial management tools and systems.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Availability for occasional national and international travel.
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial performance and identify trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in identifying and resolving complex financial and operational issues.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
