- Use your network to grow Innomotics Geared Motor market share
- Build lasting relationships with key customers
- Plan sales volumes and potential of target customers.
- Provide information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
- Analyze and evaluate markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers to grow your business.
- Develop and close specific business opportunities for Geared Motors
- Prepare and negotiate projects and proposals with the support of the Innomotics expert team
- Develop and maintain effective channel strategies to fully support assigned end customer base
- Provide sales and revenue related key reporting.
- Ensure After Sales Service that is focused on customers' needs.
Your profile.
- Your Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree is the basis for your in-depth understanding of geared motor technology and applications
- You have an established network of contacts in decision-making roles at key geared motor customers
- You have a proven track record of professional sales performance and are familiar with best practice in account management
- You have strong communication skills and are driven to succeed without close supervision
- You are prepared to travel extensively to maximise time spent with customers
