The role.

Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in the country, for the portfolio of solutions, systems, productos and services, in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers, and to achieve defined financial goals and sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop  and implement business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales, margin, and market share targets.
  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic clients and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and high-potential projects.
  • Prepare and monitor the sales forecast and opportunity pipeline.
  • Coordinate sales negotiations and close deals.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team (if applicable).
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, service, and finance departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Present sales results and performance indicators to management.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  •  Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related field. Specialization in sales or postgraduate courses in sales are desirable. 
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in the position of responsible for the sales and business development team of complex products, systems and solutions, preferably within the industrial automation, drives or motor industry in mining. 
  • Experience with integrated drive solutions (motors, drives, systems) and motor-driven applications is preferred. Experience in B2B sales and business development is also required.
  • Solid understanding of industrial applications, particularly in sectors relevant to Innomotics (e.g. oil and gas, power generation, water/wastewater, pulp and paper, metals).
  • Knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and strategic account management.
  • Technical proficiency in English - Advanced Level (Mandatory)
