The role.

Responsible for sales to clients in the center region, primarily Zacatecas, Durango y Torreon, including companies part of Cluster Zacatecas and other in the zone.
Manage a client portfolio, develop a work plan to identify opportunities, pursue them, and secure purchase orders or contracts for services, products, and solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic vision and establish relationships with key decision-makers at the client, ensuring and coordinating account access for other Innomotics divisions and Business Units.
  • Develop an account business plan that includes:
    - Establishing a long-term objective for Innomotics within the account
    - Developing and refining the account's commercial plan to achieve this objective
    - Identifying the key opportunities and elements that composes the plan
    - Engaging Innomotics Business Units and Executives and collaborating with them on the development, sales, and delivery of complete Innomotics solutions.
  •  Lead, coordinate, and motivate Innomotics and its management team to achieve profitable business growth for Innomotics with the clientes of this zone, focusing on:
    - New business developments
    - Protecting existing business lines
    - Establishing business partnerships
  •   Support the business units by promoting and explaining the details of the portfolio of services, solutions, and products.
  •  Manage mining accounts in the Center Zone.                                                      

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related field.
  •  Specialization in sales or postgraduate courses in sales are desirable.
  • At least 7 to 10 years of proven experience in sales and business development of complex products, systems, and solutions, preferably within the industrial automation, drives, or mining motor industry.
  • Experience with integrated drive solutions (motors, drives, systems) and motor-driven applications is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of industrial applications, particularly in sectors relevant to Innomotics (e.g., mining, cement, oil and gas, power generation, water/wastewater, pulp and paper, metals)
  • Technical proficiency in English - Advanced Level (Mandatory)
