ECC – Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of export license applications and other compliance documentation.
  • Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring adherence to customs regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and checks to confirm compliance with export control laws and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in export control regulations and inform relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
  • Support the ECC team in developing and implementing compliance training programs for staff.

P2P – Key responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Efficiently manage and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely payment.
  • Purchase Order Management: Issue, monitor, and manage purchase orders, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  •  Management: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Data Management: Accurately maintain procurement records and databases to ensure data integrity and availability for reporting.
  • Material Master data – Manage material master on SAP, being an expert to help business to solve inventories issues, new material creation, communication with suppliers to get all necessary information to build new items.
  • Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Query Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders for any P2P related queries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of procurement reports, providing insights into spending patterns and opportunities for cost savings.

Order Management / Sales Support – Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer information, order details, and inventory records in the company's database.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective strategies to streamline order management procedures.
  • Assist the sales team by generating sales reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decision-making and sales strategies.
