The role.
ECC – Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of export license applications and other compliance documentation.
- Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring adherence to customs regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and checks to confirm compliance with export control laws and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in export control regulations and inform relevant departments.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Support the ECC team in developing and implementing compliance training programs for staff.
P2P – Key responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Efficiently manage and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely payment.
- Purchase Order Management: Issue, monitor, and manage purchase orders, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Management: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Data Management: Accurately maintain procurement records and databases to ensure data integrity and availability for reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Query Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders for any P2P related queries, resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of procurement reports, providing insights into spending patterns and opportunities for cost savings.
Order Management / Sales Support – Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer information, order details, and inventory records in the company's database.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective strategies to streamline order management procedures.
- Assist the sales team by generating sales reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decision-making and sales strategies.
