Your Future Role
The Technical Sales Support position serves as a key bridge between the sales team and the technical department/manufacturing. The role is responsible for providing expert technical advice to customers, designing optimal drive solutions, and preparing documentation to support successful business closures.
Your responsibilities include:
- Technical Consulting: Selection of appropriate types of electric motors (asynchronous, synchronous) based on customer specifications (power, torque, speed, environment).
- Quotation Preparation: Development of technical specifications and pricing calculations for both standard and customized solutions.
- Drive Configuration: Design of motor solutions including accessories (frequency converters, sensors, brakes).
- Sales Support: Participation in business meetings as a technical expert and responding to inquiries regarding standards (IE3/IE4 efficiency classes, ATEX, etc.).
- Request Processing: Analysis of technical feasibility for non-standard requirements.
Your Profile

Area: Poland

Education: Secondary or university degree in electrical engineering (ideally focused on electrical machines and drives).

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in electrical design/service is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge: Ability to read technical documentation, knowledge of standards (EN/IEC), understanding of electric drive systems.

Languages: English or German at a level sufficient for working with technical documentation and communication with headquarters/manufacturing.

Software: MS Office (advanced level in Excel); AutoCAD/SolidWorks an advantage; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) an advantage.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex customer requirements into feasible technical parameters.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language to both sales teams and customers.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in calculations and quotation preparation (errors in motor parameters can be costly).
- Results-Oriented Approach: Proactive problem-solving and ability to identify alternatives when standard products do not meet requirements.
