Your Future Role
As Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales and marketing activities of Systems and Solutions Division Türkiye having high level of expertise in electrification, automation, digitalization, motors and drives solutions in heavy industries, you will;
- Establishes and develops a professional network within the industry, spanning End Users, consultants, OEM’s and EPC’s and ensures access to market through the cultivation of strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
- Maintain and build relationships with key executive-level customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Develop strategies, marketing and business development plans to position Innomotics as a partner of choice for Systems (Drives & Motors) and Solutions through in-depth understanding of Innomotics portfolio.
- Communicate the benefits of digital portfolio through understanding of key technological trends such as 4IR, IoT, Cloud Computing and AI.
- Analyses strategic trends and developments in the industry as a subject matter expert, from all perspectives, i.e. commercially (markets, trends, competitors, offerings, etc.) and technically (products, methodologies, processes, tools, etc.) to offer customers best in class technology solutions.
- Ensures identification, qualification and management of sales opportunities from lead identification to closure by using Innomotics defined processes and tools in heavy industries.
- Identifies customer requirements and works with technical team to develop value-adding solution concepts based on Innomotics technologies and engineering capabilities.
- Drive full sales efforts from technical survey, proposal delivery (both technical and commercial), to secure customer orders.
- Support finance, product, project, engineering and service organizations by facilitating effective customer interactions.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on a regular basis.
- Collaborates with other Innomotics businesses and regions to maximize global business potential.
- Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits, perform seminars to market professionals, issue technical articles for industry media, work in close cooperation with related parties to perform marketing communication activities.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development of complex products/systems, services and solutions within cement, mining and heavy industries.
- Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation, good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of electrification, automation and digitalization solutions, particularly in cement, mining, minerals.
- Experience in coordinating complex sales processes and managing key customer relationships.
- Ability to navigate through multi-stage complex sales cycles involving technical assessments, proposal creation and contract negotiation.
- Experience on drive and motor applications in industries like Cement, Mining, Iron&Steel, Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Pulp&Paper or similar heavy industries.
- Ability to drive and travel intensively around the country and abroad
- Proficiency in CRM systems and related tools.
- Excellent command of English
