Your Profile

  • Responsible for order acquisition for Low Voltage Motors (Through Channel Partners) in the territory based on given targets.
  • Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap.
  • Regularly visit OEMs, Contractors and End-users to collect requirements of Low Voltage Motors.
  • Work together with OEMs, Contractors and End-users to understand the Requirement and technical specifications.
  • Develop optimized selection based on Innomotics products and solutions.
  • Explore opportunities for upcoming Projects and OEM’s conversion in assigned territory.
  • Keep oneself updated with latest trends in the market
  • Keep oneself updated with the latest products and solutions from Innomotics and push these offerings to customers
  • Technical Presentation & Demo to Customers and Channel Partners.
  • Account management of Top Retention and Conversion Customers

Requirements:

  • BE/B Tech/ in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics and Communication
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and Marketing of Motors/ electrical capital goods in various customer categories like OEM’s, End Users, Contractors, EPC’s etc
  • Self-Driven with Growth Mindset
  • Business result orientation and focus on achievement of given targets.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Good communication and Presentation Skills.
