At Innomotics, we drive the world forward with our innovative motor and drive solutions. To strengthen our Low Voltage Division (production sites in the Czech Republic and China), we are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to head all procurement activities across the division. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the global procurement strategy, enhance supplier performance, and drive cost competitiveness in a dynamic industrial environment.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead all procurement activities across the division globally, including direct line management of factory procurement heads.
  • Define and monitor productivity (PPC) targets in alignment with divisional financial objectives.
  • Ensure early involvement of Procurement Engineering in product development to influence cost, quality, and supply chain setup.
  • Implement advanced sourcing strategies and supply chain resilience programs at both divisional and product line level.
  • Manage the full supplier lifecycle, ensuring a high-performing supplier base.
  • Oversee operational supplier performance (e.g. OTIF, SDR) and drive escalation or recovery actions when needed.
  • Lead should-costing, benchmarking, and value engineering initiatives to secure competitive input costs.

 

 

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic procurement, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a global manufacturing company.
  • Proven track record in driving material productivity, supplier development, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage global teams and lead transformation programs.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities at executive level.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
