Customer Service Support Operator (m/f/x)

Innomotics nv engineers and produces electrical drive systems for low, medium and high voltage ranges such as electrical motors, geared motors, converters and generators. These are used in core sectors in the process industry, as well as marine, mining and special applications. We offer diverse services from product delivery to applications and turnkey projects.
You’ll become part of and share knowledge with a team of experienced specialists within the global organization. At first, you’ll become familiar with our portfolio and our unique value offerings. You’ll also make contacts in your professional network (including our factories, domain experts, HQ’s...).
After the initial trainings, you’ll:
- Be familiar with the established flows & processes and be able to execute them to keep an efficient organisation
- Work out technical & commercial proposals based on our service & support offerings for our customers (OEM's & End customers);
- Be self-supportive for Service quotations based on our existing offer- and data management tools.
- Follow-up on projects with renowned customers, from feasibility to aftercare;
- Support the local sales and project teams to find the right solution for every situation;
Most of the projects are in the BeNeLux. You will occasionally travel.
Who are we looking for?
- You have achieved a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering.
- You have a strong interest in both processes and technology. You are efficient, structured, and proactive.
- You know/are willing to learn how to read, comprehend, and interpret manufacturing documents, wiring diagrams, component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people. Your pragmatic approach and problem-solving capabilities help you to succeed in the technical and commercial aspects of the job.
- Our clients speak mainly Dutch, French and English. You feel comfortable to discuss with them in those languages.
