What you’ll do
- Support and develop business in our Customer Service division
- Use our advanced data platforms to spot opportunities and turn ideas into action
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and technical experts to design smart, sustainable solutions
- Engage with customers across the Benelux region, ensuring their operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Help reduce energy waste and increase reliability — making real change happen on the ground
Who are we looking for?
- You achieved a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial or electrical engineering.
- You have a strong interest in both processes and technology. You are efficient, structured, and proactive.
- Passionate about technology and how it can drive sustainability
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
- Your pragmatic approach and problem-solving capabilities help you to succeed in the technical and commercial aspects of the job.
- You can discuss with clients fluently in Dutch and English. French is a big plus.
- Ready to occasionally travel and build strong, lasting client relationships
After initial training, you will:
- Be familiar with the established flows & processes and be able to execute them to keep an efficient organisation
- Work out technical & commercial proposals based on our service & support offerings for our customers (OEM's & End customers);
- Be self-supportive for Service quotations based on our existing offer- and data-management tools.
- Follow up on projects with renowned customers, from feasibility to aftercare;
- Cooperate with the local sales team to find the right solution for every situation;
