Job Summary:

 We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Joint Sales team and drive business growth for High Voltage Motors/Drives and Customer Service solutions. This role is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and providing commercial support across key industries including Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Japan OEM.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for High Voltage Motors and Customer Service solutions across assigned markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries and Japan OEM market.
  • Plan sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Customer Service, Proposal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely customer communication, quotation handling, and project execution.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to order intake.
  • Support customers with cost/benefit analyses and value-based solution proposals to maximize business opportunities.
  • Build long-term customer partnerships through proactive account management and consultative selling.
  • Complete sales and revenue-related reporting and contribute to continuous business development initiatives.

 

          Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in High Voltage Motors/Drives, rotating equipment, industrial electrical equipment, or Customer Service business is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries or Japan OEM market is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in solution selling and customer relationship management.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, C4C, SAP CRM, or equivalent.
  • Business-level English.
