As an HR Specialist, you will be part of Human Resources (HR). Working closely with the HR Consultant, the international HR team and business stakeholders, you will support the business's mission with high-quality HR work. Based in Brno, the Czech Republic, you will be responsible for handling all types of HR processes for employees in various countries.

 

More about the role:

 

  • You will implement HR programs, processes and initiatives of the national companies in your international area of responsibility.
  • In order to ensure correct payroll accounting, you will maintain close contact with the respective local payroll providers and make this interface effective and smooth. You will share relevant data on payroll cut-off, check the payroll and approve it.
  • You will also be responsible for providing individual advice to managers and employees on a wide range of operational issues (e.g. income, placement, support during separation processes). In doing so, you will coordinate with the HR Consultant.
  • You will implement individual personnel measures appropriately and work appreciatively with the management team.
  • In doing so, you will build networks and use them in a targeted manner.
  • In addition, you enjoy working on various projects and initiatives and contribute your own suggestions for the continuous improvement of HR processes.

 

Your profile:

 

  • You have a good understanding of payroll-related processes and have already gained experience in administrative HR processes.
  • You have experience working with HR management systems. Experience with the HR system SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
  • As a basis for your success, you can demonstrate relevant professional experience in an administrative or generalist HR position. A degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on human resources or business psychology, is a plus.
  • Ideally, you have experience working in an international environment.
  • You are open to new working methods and interested in collaborating with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Transformation and change processes are not foreign concepts to you.
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile. In addition, knowledge of Slavic languages or Italian is a plus.
