We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Reporting Consultant & Expense Coordinator to join our global team. This dual-role position combines HR data governance and reporting responsibilities with expense management coordination—supporting strategic HR initiatives and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
As part of Innomotics’ global HR organization, you will drive data quality, reporting consistency, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and our external Concur support provider. Your work will directly enable data-driven decisions, process optimization, and expense management excellence.
Your key responsibilities
- Help define and maintain global HR reporting standards, templates, and frameworks.
- Support the design and implementation of the HR reporting strategy and continuous improvement setup.
- Develop and deliver advanced HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic planning, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Act as the liaison between local/global HR and external vendors, aligning reporting capabilities with business needs.
- Act as primary coordinator for the external Concur Expense support provider.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between the provider and internal teams (Accounting, IT, Procurement, and P&O).
- Oversee cost and service quality of the external expense support provider, including planning and performance control.
- Lead or support HR reporting and expense-related projects, including planning, resource allocation, and execution.
Your profile
- A degree in IT, Business Administration (with HR focus), Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 2+ year's Experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or HR systems governance.
- Familiarity with Concur Expense or similar travel and expense management systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Czech is a plus.
- Willingness to occasional business trips.
