We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and enhance our Talent and Learning processes in SAP SuccessFactors. In this strategic, cross-functional role, you will serve as a key bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring our systems support business goals, regulatory compliance, and a seamless user experience.

Your key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning modules, collaborating with our external Application Management Services (AMS) provider.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency in Talent and Learning processes.
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise for system configurations and enhancements.
- Act as a strategic partner between HR process owners, HR Services, IT, and vendors to align technology with business needs.
- Lead HRIS projects end-to-end—from planning and design to implementation and rollout.
- Oversee system administration, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in collaboration with AMS partners.
- Coordinate change management, including communication, training, and end-user support.
- Stay ahead of trends, benchmark best practices, and help shape the future of our HR tech landscape.
Your profile
- A degree in IT, Business Administration (with HR focus), Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Talent. Bonus: Experience with EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, or SAP HCM.
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems and process ownership, including implementation and optimization.
- Proven ability to lead HR IT projects; a PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data structures, integrations, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with GDPR, data security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills — able to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to occasional business trips.
