Title:  Global Head of EHS Governance

Take global responsibility for Environment, Health & Safety and drive our worldwide EHS strategy. At Innomotics, you’ll shape standards across regions and plants while inspiring teams toward safety and sustainability excellence.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the global EHS strategy
• Drive the Zero Harm culture and ensure safety in high-risk manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with plant leaders and teams across Europe, the Americas, and China
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 50001)
• Lead investigations of serious incidents and support preventive measures

What we expect from you

• 10+ years of experience in EHS, ideally in an industrial manufacturing company
• Proven leadership in building and executing EHS strategies across multiple locations
• International experience (Europe, Americas, China is an advantage)
• Professional proficiency in English and German
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
• Willingness to travel
